Messy church!

The churches working together in Glenfield are starting a new service called 'Messy Church'. As the name suggests, this isn't a service where you stay sat down in a chair or a pew – you get stuck in and get hands-on with making craft, taking part in competitions, celebrating Jesus and consuming a great meal.

Starting on 18 September and then again on 16 October and 20 November, it'll run from 4-6pm and is for everyone, whatever age you are or whether you've been to church before or not.

It involves creativity with painting, modelling, and all kinds of activity, celebration as we learn more about Jesus, what he's done for us and the difference he can make to life, and then we settle down to a good filling meal before heading home ready for the week ahead.

You're all invited. If you want to know more and let us know you're coming, check out the event on Facebook at www.facebook.com/stpeterglenfield
