Glenfield Primary Christmas play

Early Years children shared their performance of 'A Miracle in Town.' What a fantastic performance from all of the children. Thank you to all of the parents and carers who joined us, we hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did.
KS1 also put on a superb performance telling four different Christmas stories, including aliens in underpants, a jolly postman and a range of fairy-tale characters; next was a smelly brussel sprout and a bad boy called Bradley. For each performance, the children spoke their lines loudly and clearly and sang every song beautifully. Well done to all the students and the staff for preparing a fantastic show and working very, very hard!
Finally, Year 3 told the story of Santa visiting Leicester, while Year 4 performed 'Alice in Winter Wonderland.' The shows were both brilliant, with lots of singing and dancing and some weird and wonderful characters including Jamie Vardy, doorknobs and playing cards. All of the children worked so hard to learn their lines and dance routines and there were even a few solos and duets that demonstrated Glenfield students' confidence and bravery. A super performance, well done!
